| Never use Complete locksmith! I had called Complete locksmith for prices, spoke with a man and was told it was $32 after hour charge and $40 service charge. I agreed and ask for a locksmith to be dispatched. Shortly I received a call from the Complete locksmith service kid and was told it was $75 to come out, I questioned the price discrepancy and declined the service call. I called the Complete locksmith main office and spoke with a lady who said yes that is the charge is $75 and questioned the price discrepancy and was told there was no man there that I could have spoke to. OK, I guess you think I am stupid enough to believe such a ridicules thing, must have dreamed up the whole call with the man. Then I got a second call from the Complete locksmith service kid who said yes it is $32 and $40 that I misunderstood because of his heavy Spanish accent. I agreed to let the locksmith come out. After the locksmith was done I was told it was $75, again I questioned the price discrepancy and he said he was with the heavy accent Spanish person when he spoke with me on the phone and that is not what I was told. So, I ask what makes him think I do not know what I was told and of course he would not listen and I didn’t know what I was talking about. OK, I guess you think I am stupid enough to believe such a ridicules thing, must have dreamed up the second call clarifying the amount. AND when writing out the charge slip he tried to make the 7 in the $75 look like an 8 to get another $10. It did not work, I informed the bank of it and had them watch my account do to the shaftiness of the Co. I called the Complete locksmith main office back after being overcharged, at first it was busy and I could not get thru but when I did some bruiser of a black woman screamed and yelled at me. Great customer service. What a bad experience. Never use this companies ever they will shaft you. |
